We’re happy to say we’re attending IFT FIRST: Annual Event and Expo, July 16–19, in Chicago, Illinois. And we’re happy to announce the relaunch of the Tate & Lyle Innovation Kitchen website, where “you’ll discover our cutting-edge ingredient solutions for your food and beverage formulation challenges. You’ll meet the trail-blazing people who can bring technology and passion together to grow your business. And see starter recipes for products consumers can love and feel good about.”
On the practical side, we’re excited to reveal an internationally patent-protected breakthrough in stevia technology which we’ll fully implement very soon. Plus, we’re launching EUOLIGO® FOS: A soluble dietary fiber recognized as a prebiotic in the USA, among many countries. EUOLIGO® FOS adds to our robust soluble fiber portfolio with additional functionality and processing benefits, supporting fiber fortification or sugar reduction in a wide range of food and beverage applications.
And we’re shining a spotlight on ARTESA® Chickpea Protein and Flour. Since its launch last year, this exciting and versatile addition to our plant-based ingredient portfolio has been essential in helping our customers bring innovative, sustainable and nutritious plant-based products to market.
Plus, we’re showcasing incredible four new prototype recipes to demonstrate just some of our capabilities in better-for-you food and beverage formulation.

The Institute of Food Technologists is a one-of-a-kind event that brings together the leading minds in food innovation. FIRST stands for “Food Improved by Research, Science, and Technology,” and the show more than lives up to the promise of its name.
