After 20 years as a technical business leader and food innovator with some of the world’s largest companies, there’s not much Dr. Pai doesn’t know about food. With a Ph.D. in Grain Science from Kansas State University, an MS in Food Science from National Taiwan University, and extensive expertise in food manufacturing and retail, Dr. Pai is able to drive technical solutions in a broad range of applications, as shown by the multiple US patents she’s earned.
