Armed with a master’s degree in Organic Chemistry, Susan began her time at Tate & Lyle 17 years ago with the Industrial Product development team. Since then, she’s shown incredible versatility, working on bio-based plastics, polydextrose, soluble corn fiber, stevia, sodium reduction, and oat ingredients — now that’s a wide range of products! In her current role, Susan manages the Nutrition, Bakery, and Confectionery categories with our North American applications and technical service team.
