Since 2019, Christine has flexed her culinary muscles at Tate & Lyle, masterfully pairing our specialty ingredients with trending flavors to create mouthwatering recipes. Christine’s love for food and cooking began with pastry and led to her degree from The Culinary Institute of America in Baking and Pastry Arts. She has also dabbled with mixology and is an introductory sommelier! While science is at the heart of everything we do, that doesn’t mean there isn’t an art to creating delicious foods and beverages. After all, the secret ingredient is always love.
